Celebrating Student Athletes at Annual Sports Banquet

On May 26, 2026 English High School held its annual Sports Banquet to recognize the outstanding achievements of student-athletes during the 2025–2026 school year. Coaches, families, faculty members, and supporters gathered to celebrate the dedication, teamwork, and accomplishments of athletes representing the Eagles. Coaches congratulated their athletes and reflect on a successful year of competition and school pride.

One of the evening’s most memorable moments was the presentation of the Coach Barrington Robinson Athlete of the Year Award. History was made as Gabriela Ramos became the first female student-athlete to receive this prestigious honor. Her exceptinonal athletic achievements, leadership, and commitment to her teammates made her a deserving recipient of the award.

The Sports Banquet once again demonstrated the strength of the English High athletic community and celebrated the hard work and dedication of all student-athletes who proudly represented English High School throughout the year.
