Frank is a graduate of the class of 1967 have served in the public sector for over forty five years. Early in his career Frank worked as a youth worker counseling “at risk” teens in the South End neighborhood of Boston. He then worked as an analyst at City Hall in both the Boston Redevelopment Authority and Administrative Services departments. Frank is currently employed with the Somerville Housing Authority in public contract and affordable housing compliance issues. Roxbury’s Highland Park neighborhood has been home for Frank and his wife Phyllis Adams Williams for the past fifty years.
Frank has been active in local civic organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of Boston and the Roxbury Strategic Master Plan Oversight Committee tasked with the disposition of vacant city parcels for economic development.
